Contact me (Lynn) for details and or questions.
The price range is between $20 - $30 and gifts can be purchased, created or made, or something you have been saving for that one special person on Christmas day. Sorry to those who think this is too early, and on the other hand sorry to those who think this is too late. What can I say, we have a large diverse family and there is no way to find the perfect date for everyone. On to another subject that is closely related: Christmas lists. Please write one up and e-mail it to the spiekerfamily.com site by Oct. 12. I figure you can all e-mail your lists at the same time you are e-mailing me a birthday greeting. On that note, I will end with a: "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night." not sure who was most surprised; me, his Mom or his sister Sue from Florida. We were all there and I don't think any of us had any idea what Art had up his sleeve when he insisted that all three of us come into the kitchen and sit down. I never imagined that he had a ring. But that is the past and now we are looking to the future. The date has been set and wedding plans are underway. September 28th, 2002 is the big day. The celebration will take place in Fremont, first at the new church and then the festivities will be moved to the Nebraska Army National Guard armory on Lincoln Street. More details will follow as plans get made, but we figured you could mark your calendars now. We even checked all of the schedules and calendars: there are no Weiland birthdays or anniversaries, no Spieker birthdays or anniversaries and most importantly for all you football fans, it is not a game day for the Huskers. county fair. Entomology (en*to*mol*o*gy) is the study of insects. It was a little hard to find the insects to go to the fair. I had to find 25 different bugs from Nebraska, (for example: there can be 10 butterflies but they all have to be different). There had to be at least 6 different orders. An order is a kind of insect; like a butterfly is a lepidoptera; cicada, homoptera; grasshopper, orthoptera; stink bug, hemiptera (true bug); fly, diptera; beetle, coleoptera; etc. I was at Paul and Sue's place because I was catching some bugs and my dad caught a dragonfly that's my best bug in the collection. I earned a blue ribbon in this project. |
